Circuit Training
PERFORM THIS SET 3 TIMES
If your just starting out in your quest to lose weight start
by doing this circuit.
Start at the first exercise which is skipping then move on
to next etc.
When you have been through all exercises and you have
performed your last Deadlift you have to repeat the set 2
more times!!
Then if you think you can handle it do this Circuit 2 times
per week.......if you do you will start to see how
quickly and easily your weight is coming down.
Try it....you may hate doing this
....but you will love the results!
Start
Skip for 5 minutes(Warm up,Cardio)
20 Pushups(Chest,Triceps,Shoulders)
10 Dumbell Squats(Traps,Lats,Bum,Shoulders,Biceps)
20 Crunches (or 10 Swiss Ball Crunches)(Abs)
10 Bent Over rows(use Barbell)
Shadow Box for 3 minutes(Cardio Abs)
10 Tricep Extenders(Triceps)
15 Dumbell Step ups(Entire Lower Body)
15 Donkey Kicks(On Hands and Knees, balance on right leg,kick out with left)
Right Kicks(15) Left Kicks(15)
Shoulder Bridge(On your Back,push hips up...yeah like the ones in those music vid's)
Do 25 of these
10 Bicep Curles(10 right arm)10 Left arm)
End with 10 Dead Lifts
And there you have it......Its pretty hard not to get results doing this!
